MANILA, June 26, 2019 – Secretary Leonor Magtolis Briones received a plaque of appreciation for being an education champion from outgoing Manila City Mayor Joseph Ejercito Estrada during the 448th Araw ng Maynila celebration held at the Tent City of the Manila Hotel.

As one of the recipients of the Tagapagtaguyod ng Edukasyon 2019 by the Division of City Schools – Manila, Briones expressed her gratitude and appreciation to Estrada for his all-out support to the milestones of education in the city.
