Dr. Fe A. Hidalgo Undersecretary for Programs and Projects
Dr. Hidalgo was the Founding Director of the National Educators Academy of the Philippines (NEAP), Baguio City. She rose from the ranks: from a classroom teacher, educational researcher, senior educational researcher, supervising educational researcher, lecturer at the Philippine Normal University (PNU) and Miriam College, Assistant Chief of Division until she became Director III of NEAP in June 1994.
Dr. Hidalgo is presently the acting-Chairman of the National Book Development Board (NBDB); Member of the Board of Commissioners of the National Commission on the Role of Filipino Women (NCRFW); Regional Representative of the World Council on Curriculum and Instruction (WCCI); Member of the Scholarship Advisory Council of the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA); and was the Deputy Project Director of the Third Elementary Education Project (TEEP).
