A total of 40 Regional officials including the Regional Director and other personnel engaged in the 3- Day Learning and Development endeavor that sought to challenge individuals to be on better versions of themselves by going beyond the borders of their comfort zones and be on extra-mile as exceptional assets of the organization. It also provided avenue on understanding setting, whereby activities undertaken focused on heightening harmony in diversity through two-way communication, and cooperation.
Project Synergy was considered as an intense I.M.M.E.R.S.I.O.N., (Interactive, Meaningful, Mirthful, Experiential, Risky, Supportive, Introspective, Out of the box and Natural). It highlighted the far-reaching principle of “Playing to Win”, a lifelong strategy for continuous learning, growing, and improving by seeing and doing things in a different perspective, taking risks, working towards the frontier of thousand possibilities, and leaving a trail of excellence. It likewise unfolded participants into the reality of change and to the realization that the result of existing event is dependent on our personal map and response to a given stimulus.
