Addendum/Corrigendum to DECS Order No 89, s. 1998 (Ammendment to DECS Order No 72, s. 1998)

1. In the composition of tire Project Management Advisory Committee (PMAC), the following DECS Bureau/Center officials are hereby designated as members:
Director EMMA LOPEZ, National Educational, Testing and Research Center
Assistant Director TERESITA G. INCIONG, Bureau of Elementary Education
Assistant Director TERESITA G. INCIONG, Bureau of Elementary Education
2. Further, the President of the League of Mayors and the President of the Federation of Parents, Teachers and Community Association shall be official members of the PMAC.
3. These newly designated members of the PMAC shall be entitled to honoraria in accordance with NCC-75.
4. This Order shall be immediately disseminated and implemented.
