- For the information and guidance of all concerned, the Department of Education (DepEd) issues the enclosed copy of the Guidelines and Procedures on the Management of Children-at-Risk (CAR) and Children in Conflict with the Law (CICL).
- All other DepEd rules, regulations and issuances which are inconsistent with these guidelines and procedures are deemed amended accordingly upon its effectivity.
- This Order shall take effect immediately upon its issuance.
- Immediate dissemination of and strict compliance with this Order is directed.
