The Department of Education (DepEd) issues these Guidelines on the Procurement of Tools and Equipment for Selected Technical-Vocational (TechVoc) Secondary Schools with Agriculture and Fishery Arts Specializations for the School Year (SY) 2016-2017 to ensure proper implementation and to adhere to the principles of transparency, accountability, efficiency, and economy in its procurement process.

Eligible Tech-Voc schools and selected Senior High Schools shall be entitled to receive the support fund, subject to the guidelines on availing, release, utilization, and liquidation thereof.
