The Basic Educational Facilities Fund (BEFF) is an annual budget of the Department for its School Building Program, which covers the improvement and maintenance of school facilities.

The Special Programs and Projects Office (SPAPO) which was created through DepEd Order No. 18, s. 2012 shall be renamed to Special Events Unit. This Unit will report to the Office of the Undersecretary for External Partnerships and Linkages.
