In this connection, particular attention is invited to Paragraph II-E of Inclosure to DECS Order No. 105, s. 1989 entitled “Guidelines for the Administration of the High School Campus Publication”.

Regional directors may enter into an agreement with the Government Service Insurance System regarding the insurance coverage of officials and employees in their respective jurisdictions if savings are available for the purpose, subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
