Pursuant to the Civil Service Commission Memorandum Circular No. 06, s. 2002, entitled Revised Policies on the Grant of Loyalty Award, the payment of Loyalty Cash Award (LCA) was increased to an amount not less than P 500.00 but not more than P 1,000.00 for every year of service to qualified officials and employees.
For the information and guidance of all concerned, enclosed are the Guidelines on the Granting of Redeployment Allowance to Excess Teachers from Both Elementary and Secondary Schools. Likewise, the Letter of Agreement Template is enclosed for use in accordance with these guidelines.
The Revised Implementing Guidelines on the Provision of Teaching Aid and Transportation Allowances to ALS Mobile Teachers and District ALS Coordinators as stipulated in the enclosure of DepEd Order No. 58, s. 2012 (Item No. 4) states as laid out in this Order.
Pursuant to DepEd Memorandum No. 39, s. 2012 which created the National Uniform Committee (NUC), enclosed are the designs and descriptions of the textile materials which will be used for the DepEd National Uniforms (Male and Female) for Schools Years (SYs) 2013-2014 and 2014-2015.

Pursuant to Executive Order No. 298 dated March 23, 2004, which has been circularized under DepED Memorandum No. 199, s. 2004, existing allowable travel expenses of government personnel regardless of rank and destination shall be in the amount of Eight Hundred Pesos (PhP800.00) per day.
