45th SEAMEO COUNCIL CONFERENCE and 5th ASED MEETING

This website provides general information on arrangements and other relevant information for the 45th SEAMEC Conference and 5th ASED Meeting. The event will be held in Mactan, Cebu, Republic of the Philippines from Tuesday, 26 January to Friday, 29 January, 2010. Information in this website is current as of 2 December 2009. ORGANIZERS AND CONTACTS

This 45th SEAMEC Conference and 5th ASED meeting is organized by the Government of the Republic of the Philippines through the Department of Education in collaboration with the SEAMEO Secretariat in Thailand and other agencies such as; i) Department of Foreign Affairs, ii) Bureau of Customs, iii) Department of Transportation and Communication, iv) Philippine National Police, v) Department of Tourism, and vi) Department of Interior and Local Government. The Provincial Government of Cebu and the local government of Lapu-Lapu City are also involved in organizing this event.

DOCUMENT REPRODUCTION AND DISTRIBUTION
- Pre-Meeting Document Submission
All documents, opening statement of each minister and presentations should be submitted to the SEAMEO Secretariat not later than 15 days before the event in electronic form.

- LUNCH AND TEA
Morning and afternoon tea will be provided during the duration of the meetings. Hosted lunch and dinners will likewise be extended to delegates.
