  1. The dates of Holy Thursday, April 15, 2004 and Good Friday, April 16, 2004 as stated in Enclosure No. 1 of DepEd Order No. 11, s. 2003 are hereby corrected as follows:
    April 8, 2004 – Holy Thursday
    April 9, 2004 – Good Friday
  2. Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this Order is directed.
