The Department of Education has initially drafted the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 11206 titled “An Act Establishing a Career Guidance and Counseling Program for All Secondary Schools and Appropriating Funds Therefor,” otherwise known as the “Secondary School Career Guidance and Counseling Act.”
