The Department of Education is currently developing the Guidelines on Flexible and Alternative Classroom Observations for Teacher Development and Performance Evaluation.
As part of this process, we invite teachers and education stakeholders to share their insights and recommendations to help ensure that the guidelines are practical, fair, inclusive, and supportive of professional growth.
