This distinction, reserved for the country’s top governance exemplars, signifies the successful implementation of the Performance Governance System (PGS), resulting in more transparent, accountable, and effective public service. His commitment to excellence is further evidenced by a remarkable string of institutional achievements, including the coveted Philippine Quality Award (PQA), ISO Accreditation, the CSC PAGASA Award, and the National Literacy Sustainability Award.
