1. Attached is a copy of Resolution No. 91-157 of the Civil Service Commission granting exemption from M.C. No. 29, s, 1989 of scholar-graduates of the DOST/SEI cooperative Pre-Service Education for Science and Mathematics Teachers, Said exemption allows the appointment of these scholars on provisional status not exceeding 4 years subject to availability of plantilla positions.
