1. The allowable percentages for freight andhandling costs for the door-to-door delivery of the Regular Elementary School Desk ( wood ) to end-users, shall be reckoned by distance in kilometres on top of the maximum ceiling price of P363.00 or the lowest bid price per unit, as follows:

2. The working drawings / specifications of the aforementioned that were inadvertently omitted from the updated implementing guidelines are attached for ready reference and guidance:
A – 1 Wood Frame – Regular Seat -Grades 1 – VI
C. Tablet Arm Chair – – Grades 1 – VI
3. The ceiling price / agency estimate for the two (2) types of desks ( regular and backseat ) with steel frame shall be made available under separate cover.
4. Any provision contained in previous issuances inconsistent with this Order is hereby revoked.
