1.   For the information and guidance of all concerned, inclosed is a copy of the amendments to the Implementing Rules and Regulations ( IRR ) of Presidential Decree No. 1594 which were approved by the Office of the President.

2.   The amendments consist of capitalized words, phrases, sentences, and paragraphs.

3.    As per the IRR, these amendments shall become effective ten ( 10 ) days after the date  ( April 3, 1991 ) of the dissemination / issues of the letter relative to this matter by the NEDA.

4.    Wide and immediate dissemination of this Order is desired.
