1.   Inclosed is a copy of Memorandum Circular No. 14 dated April 23, 1991 of the Civil Service Commission prescribing the Dress Code for all officials and employees in the government service when reporting for work. This code is in compliance to the provisions of Republic Act No. 6713, otherwise known as the “Code of  Conduct and Ethical Standards for Public Officials and Employees.”

2.   Immediate dissemination of and compliance to this Order is desired.
