1.   Authority is hereby granted to the Surigao del Sur Institute of Fisheries and Agriculture, Lianga, Surigao del Sur, to offer Bachelor of Secondary Education course major in Fisheries Education, effective school year 1991-1992 on the basis of the recommendation by DECSRO XI and the result of assessment of its capability to offer the course by the Bureau of Higher Education.

2.   This authority will remain in force and in effect if the school sustains and/or improves its compliance to the Policies and Standards for said course and the necessary budgetary allocation is provided for the operation of the course.

3.   Failure of the school to maintain the required standards and the needed appropriation to support the operation of course shall mean the revocation of this Order.

4.   This Order is effective as of the first semester of school year 1991-1992.
