- Inclosed is a copy of R.A. No. 7474 entitled “An Act Converting the Zamboanga School of Arts and Trades in Zamboanga City into a Polytechnic College to be known as the Zamboanga City into a Polytechnic College, and Appropriating Funds Therefor.”
- As a polytechnic college, all programs previously offered will continue to be offered as demands and needs warrant. For additional programs and courses, the college will have to be evaluated to ascertain resource capabilities for meeting the minimum standards prescribed for such courses.
- Immediate dissemination of this Order is desired.
