  1. In a meeting of the State Assistance Council (SAC) held last August 11, 1992, the members approved the herein additional nondegree priority courses validated by the Sub-Committee on Prorams and Projects for Private Education Student Financial Assistance (PESFA) and the Study-Now-Pay-Later Plan (SNPLP) programs effective second semester, SY 1992-1993.   2. The abovementioned list of nondegree courses is an addendum to Inclosure No. 2 of DECS Order No. 17, s. 1992.
  3. The qualified PFSFA or SNPLP applicants shall only be allowed to enroll in the private schools in the region. However, if the course is not offered in the region where he is domiciled, he may enroll in a private school within the cluster of regions as defined hereunder.
    Adjacent or cluster of regions are as follows:
    Cluster I – Regions I, II, III and CAR
    Cluster II – Regions I, II, III and CAR
    Cluster IIII – Regions VI, VII and VIII
    Cluster IV – Regions IX, X, XI and XII
  4. Immediate dissemination of this Order to all concerned is requested.
