- Inclosed is a copy of R.A. 7517 entitled “An Act Converting the Northern Mindanao School of Arts and Trade in Cabadbaran, Agusan del Norte into a College of Arts, Science and Technology to be known as the Northern Mindanao College of Arts, Science and Technology, and Appropriate Funds Therefor”.
- As a college of arts, science and technology, all programs previously offered will continue to be offered as demands and needs warrant. For additional programs and courses, the college will have to be evaluated to ascertain resource capabilities for meeting the minimum standards prescribed for such courses.
- Immediate dissemination of this Order is desired.
