1. To carry out effectively the implementation of “Kabisig” programs and projects including the Moral Recovery and Livelihood Development Programs, the DECS “Kabisig” Secretariat is hereby reconstituted to be composed of the following:

3. It is desired that this Order be immediately disseminated for the guidance of all concerned.
