Conduct of Culture of Excellence Program in the Regions

Schools Superintendents

  1. In line with the Department’s commitment to pursue and excel in any education-related undertaking, all regional offices shall implement the culture of excellence program in their respective region as a way of life effective the school year 1996-1997.
  2. Regional directors are enjoined to conduct activities in their region that would enhance the development of the culture of excellence.
  3. Among other things, the development of culture of excellence means punctuality in work and in all commitments, teaching the value of time to schoolchildren, teaching the importance of cleanliness through example, inculcating and practice of the proper values, etc.
  4. Immediate dissemination of this Order for the information of all concerned is directed.
