Creation of an Oversight Committee for the 1999 Desk/Armchair Project

1. In view of the resignation of the Chairman of the Committee in charge of the above project, and considering certain complaints regarding the implementation of DECS Order No. 76, s. 1999, all concerned are herby directed to immediately suspend or hold in abeyance whatever proceedings are being undertaken in relation thereto, at whatever stage such proceedings are as of this date.
2. An Oversight Committee is hereby created to review said DECS Order and its implementation, as well as the composition of the Committee in charge of the same. The Oversight Committee shall submit within five (5) working days, its report and recommendations. It shall be composed of the following:
