Lifting of the Prohibition to Transact Business with Ego Trading and Services

  1. Ego Trading and Services, with office address at No. 90 Oxford Street, Cubao, Quezon City, and owned and managed by Mr. Vic Oineza, is one of the contractors/suppliers blacklisted under DECS Order No. 118, s. 1999 due to its involvement in Criminal Cases Nos. 25075 and 25077 at the Sandiganbayan.
  2. On December 28,1999, it submitted to this Office a Certification, dated December 27, 1999, from the Sandiganbayan, clearing its name in the light of the dismissal of the above cases.
  3. In view thereof and finding the Certification sufficient, the prohibition to transact business with EGO Trading and Services is hereby lifted. It is hereby chopped from the list of contractors listed under DECS Order No. 118, s. 1999 and is recognized as a contractor and/or supplier with whom DECS and its different offices are now allowed to transact business with.
  4. Immediate dissemination of this Order is desired.
