Signing Authority for the Secondary Education Development and Improvement Project (SEDIP)

1. This is to update the signing authorities of the Project Manager and Deputy Project Manager for the Secondary Education Development and Improvement Project (SEDIP) which are presently provided for in DECS Order No. 82, s. 1999 dated August 5,1999
2. The Project Manager of SEDIP is hereby authorized to countersign payment checks amounting to Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (P500,000.00) and below, which is twice the current ceiling of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (P250,000.00).
3. The Deputy Project Manager of the same Project is likewise authorized to sign payment checks amounting to Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (P500,000.00) and below, which is also twice the current ceiling of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (P250,000.00).
4. This authority is retroactive August 16, 2000 and all other provisions of DECS Order No. 82, s. 1999 dated August 5, 1999 which are not affected hereby remain in force and effect.
5. Immediate dissemination of this Order is desired.
