Transfer of the Balik Paaralan Para sa Out-of-School Adults (BP-OSA Project)

1.  The Balik Paaralan Para sa Out-of-School-Adults (BP-OSA) project is hereby transferred from the Bureau of Secondary Education to the Bureau of Non- Formal Education.
2.  This Order takes effect immediately.
