1. Pursuant to Section 36 of the General Provisions of Republic Act No. 9162, General Appropriations Act of FY 2002, par. 9, Sec. X of DECS Order No. 50, s. 2001, entitled Revised Implementing Guidelines of the DECS Provident Fund, is hereby amended to read as follows:
“Applicants whose net take home pay from their monthly basic salary is less than Three Thousand Pesos (P3, 000.00) are not eligible to borrow from the Fund.”
2. Immediate and wide dissemination of this Order to all concerned is desired.
