Prohibition on Collection During Enrolment in Public Schools

The following policies on enrolment in public schools shall be strictly enforced:
1. Absolutely no school fees or contributions shall be collected during enrollment.
2. The period of collection and guidelines for collection of voluntary contributions authorized in previous school years such as Boy Scouts, Philippine National Red Cross, Anti-TB Fund, school publication fees and PTCAs fees shall be set later through separate DepEd issuances.
3. Any violation of this Order by any school official or teacher will be dealt with administratively.
