1. To improve DepEd’s communication services and to facilitate information dissemination within the organization, official email addresses of the central, regional and divisions are provided. (See Annex A)
2. Offices provided with email addresses but have no internet connection are required to avail of an internet subscription under the following conditions:
   1. Offices under OSEC have to purchase their own modems and internet subscription will be provided to them.
   2. Other offices have to use their MOOE funds in connection with this undertaking.
3. For the steps on Configuring Microsoft Outlook Client, refer to Annex B.
4. The official email address must be strictly used for dissemination of information in the Department.
5. Strict compliance with this Order is directed.
