Designation of Prof. Ricardo M. De Lumen, as OIC-Director III and Technical-Vocational Task Force Leader
In the exigency of the service, PROF. RICARDO M. DE LUMEN, Ed. D. is hereby designated as OIC-Director III and Technical-Vocational Task Force Leader of this Department.
Professor De Lumen is therefore entitled to Representation Allowance and Transportation Allowance (RATA) and all other benefits incumbent to the said designation effective January, 2007 subject to pertinent accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
This Order takes effect immediately. All Orders and/or Memoranda inconsistent herewith are deemed revoked.
