- In order to resolve and address the numerous complaints and/or disputes, relative to the recognition and administration and management of the PTA/PTCA at the school level, the task force to evaluate and review the provisions of DepED Order No. 23, s. 2003 is hereby re-constituted as follows:

- The Task Force shall also review the draft guidelines prepared by a similar task force created under DepED Order No. 14, s. 2004, and recommend policies that will effectively improve the administration and management of said association as one of the partners of DepED in school based management.
- The Task Force shall submit its recommendation in the form of a DepED Order/Memorandum.
- Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this Order is directed.
