- In the exigency of the service, the designation of MR. AMBROSIO C. MARISCAL as Tech-Voc Task Force Permanent Member per DepED Order No, 44, s. 2007 is hereby repealed effective January 2, 2008.
- For this purpose, Mr, Mariscal shall be returned to his previous designation and function in DepED Region V.
- All prior concerns being handled by Mr. Mariscal pertaining to Strengthened Technical-Vocational Education Program shall be referred to the TVE Task Force Office c/o Dir. Ricardo M. De Lumen, for his appropriate action.
- Immediate and wide dissemination of this Order is directed.
