This consists of the SBM Grants to schools and the cost of program support for the regions and divisions. The release, utilization, liquidation and reporting of these funds shall be guided by the said DepED Order.
  2. The Schools Division Superintendents are herein authorized to:
    1. identify the schools which are entitled to the SBM Grant, whether elementary or secondary; and

The Regional Office Action Plans should be submitted to the Office of the Undersecretary for Regional Operations for concurrence prior to actual use of the subject funds. Regional submissions should include copies of the approved Division Action Plans, for ready reference.
