- Item No. 2 of DepED Order No. 1, s. 2009 and Item Nos. 2 and 6 of DepED Order No. 4, s. 2009 are hereby corrected as follows:“Since the particular project is foreign assisted which follows the World Bank Procurement Guidelines using national shopping as the mode of procurement, posting to PHILGEPS is not mandatory, however, it is encouraged to adhere to the principles of transparency and competitiveness”.
- Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this Order is directed.
