Organization of DepED Adjudication Committee for Automatic Payroll Deduction System
  1. Pursuant to Item V. 3 of the Revised Guidelines and Criteria and Revocation of Code under the Automatic Payroll Deduction System (APDS) for Private Lending Institutions (PLIs) under DepED Memorandum No. 118, s. 2008, an Adjudication Committee is hereby organized.
  2. Its composition shall be as follows:

 Ms. Neliza G. Advincula, Accounting Division
 Ms. Generosa K. Belgica, Accounting Division

  1. Specifically, the Committee shall perform the following functions:
a. Validate the reports submitted by the Regional APDS Task Forces nationwide on the possible violations committed by the PLIs currently accredited under the Department’s APDS; and
 b. Prepare and submit the necessary report/s on the Committee’s findings and recommendations to the undersigned, as well as the action documents addressed to the concerned PLIs.
  1. The Chairman shall report from time to time, the updates of the validation being made by the Committee.
  2. Transportation and other incidental expenses relative to the said activities, as well as the honorarium, as may be allowed, shall be charged to OSEC Funds, subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
  3. Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this Order is directed.
