Amendment to DepEd Order No. 18, s. 2012 (Directing the Creation of the Special Programs and Projects Office (SPAPO) to be Constituted by the Special Events Unit (SEU) and the Culture and Arts Office (CAO)

- The Special Programs and Projects Office (SPAPO) which was created through DepEd Order No. 18, s. 2012 entitled Directing the Creation of the Special Programs and Projects Office (SPAPO) to be Constituted by the Special Events Units (SEU) and the Culture and the Arts Office (CAO) shall be renamed to Special Events Unit. This Unit will report to the Office of the Undersecretary for External Partnerships and Linkages.
- All authorized activities, events, or engagements shall be reviewed and managed by the Office of the Undersecretary for External Partnerships and Linkages.
- The functions of the previously created Regional SPAPO shall be performed by the Public Affairs Unit in the Regional Office (RO).
- The functions of the previously created Division SPAPO shall be performed by the Social Mobilization and Networking Section under the School Governance and Operations Division in the Division Office (DO).
- Immediate dissemination of and strict compliance with this Order is directed.
