- For the information and guidance of all concerned, enclosed is a copy of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 10618 entitled An Act Establishing Rural Farm Schools as Alternative Delivery Mode of Secondary Education and Appropriating Funds Therefor, otherwise known as Rural Farm Schools Act.
- Pursuant to Section 34 (Effectivity Clause) of the IRR of the Rural Farm Schools Act, this Order shall take effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette or a newspaper of general circulation.
- All DepEd Orders and other related issuances, rules and regulations and provisions which are inconsistent with these guidelines are hereby repealed, rescinded, or modified accordingly.
- Immediate dissemination of and strict compliance with this Order is directed.
