We want our personnel to be equipped with adequate information and technical and legal assistance along the way,” Education Secretary Leonor Magtolis Briones said.

“During the upcoming elections, we are also prioritizing the health, safety, and welfare of the personnel who will participate in the election through enough financial assistance since we are still in the middle of the pandemic,” she added.

Moreover, the Department likewise ensured the agency’s active participation in the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) Advisory Council (CAC). EFT Head Bragado reported that there would be 106,439 clustered precincts from 37,219 polling centers (schools) nationwide.
