1. The National Committee for liaison with SEAMEO Regional Language Centre (RELC) in the Philippines is hereby reconstituted as follows:
   Minda C. Sutaria (Undersecretary) – Chairman
   (Governing Board Member)
   Aurelio O. Elevazo (Assistant Secretary) – Vice Chairman and Member for Research and Development
   Martha A. Mogol (Director, BSE) – Member for Training
   Juanita S. Guerrero (Director, BEE) – Member for Seminars
   Narcissa V. Munasque (Director, NL) – Member for Library and Information Centre
   Zenaida T. Domingo – Member for Publications Audio Visual Management
   Adeline O. Orbe (SIEM) – Executive Secretary
2. The members of the Committee will have their specific responsibilities and areas of liaison work as provided by guidelines set by the Centre. In this connection, they shall have access to the resources of the offices and entities under this Department.
3. It is desired that the committee be accorded all needed cooperation and assistance.
4. This order shall take effect immediately.
