Capacity Building of NEAP-R and SDO HRDS SEPS in Managing and Implementing NEAP Programs

The Capacity Building of NEAP-R and SDO HRDS SEPS in Managing and Implementing NEAP Programs is specially designed for NEAP RO and SDO personnel. The program intends to provide professional development interventions to NEAP counterparts to enhance their respective expertise and support individual competency development. The first phase of the program is about capacitating the participants on program management and implementation. The second phase is updating the participants about NEAP CO policies and programs.

Specifically, the program aims to capacitate NEAP RO and SDO personnel to:

  1. Exhibit competencies relative to Program Management and Implementation;
  2. Be updated with the scholarship and other PD programs implemented by NEAP CO;
  3. Streamline processes across governance levels.
