1. In view of the present policy of DECS to shift the curricular thrusts of agriculture education to production-oriented programs as a positive response to the government’s policy of increasing agricultural productivity and upon the recommendation of the Technical Panel for Agricultural Education and the Bureau of Higher Education, the Katipunan National Agricultural School in Katipunan, Zamboanga del Norte is hereby authorized to operate the ladder-type Bachelor of Agricultural Technology (B.A.T.) course effective SY 1987-88.
2. Above authority is given provided that the school shall phase out the Bachelor of Science in Agriculture (B.S.A.) course effective SY 1988-89 and provided, further, that budgetary requirements in the operation of said course be appropriated and maintained.
3. In the case of failure on the part of the school to maintain the prescribed requirements in the operation of the herein approved course and to provide for adequate budget to support the same, this authority may be revoked and cancelled.
