  1. The Department reiterates its policy on holding DECS-sponsored training programs, conferences and seminar-workshops at the Teachers Camp, Baguio City or the Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP), Tagaytay City, or other government facilities as a general rule.
  2. Reservations and arrangements for the use of Teachers Camp facilities should be made in advance with the Superintendent of Teachers Camp in Baguio City.
  3. It is suggested that whenever possible, training activities in the Camp be scheduled and spread out during the school year since the months of April and May are reserved for regular programs of the DECS that can only be held during the school vacation period.
  4. Please be guided accordingly.
