1. In view of the expanding concerns of this Department which ultimately are translated into budgetary and financial terms, the need to effect closer coordination between the Central Office and the Regional Offices has become pronounced.
2. To effect this coordinative machinery and attain the attendant objective, therefore, Messrs. Pedro Dacanay and Pedro Andres, Finance Officers of DECSRO-NCR and DECSRO-IV, respectively, are hereby designated, in addition to their existing duties, as Co-Regional Finance Coordinators. As such, they shall be directly responsible to the Assistant Secretary for Finance and Management on matters requiring the coordination of financial and budgetary matters among the various Regional Offices.
3. This Order shall take effect immediately.
