1. Effective SY 1989-1990, the Rizal Technological and Polytechnic Institute is hereby authorized to continue offering the Bachelor of Elementary Education course but with specialization only in Health Education, Music, Arts and P.E., and Library Science.
2. This authority is hereby granted provided said institution shall observe and maintain satisfactory standards and provided further that necessary appropriation from the Provincial Government of Rizal be allotted for operating the program.
3. It is further understood that in case the above-named school fails to observe and maintain any of the standards and requirements set by the Department of Education, Culture and Sports for the courses/majors herein approved or to provide appropriation to support the same, the authority hereby granted may be revoked and cancelled.
