1. Reproduced on the reverse side is a letter of Mr. Arturo A. Borjal, Executive Director, National Council for the Welfare of Disabled Persons, requesting this Department to install facilities and other devices like wooden ramps and handrails in existing buildings/premises under the jurisdiction of this Office.
2. Considering the imperative need for the installation of such facilities and devices as mandated for in Batas Pambansa 344 that would provide for the mobility of disabled persons visiting government buildings, immediate dissemination and compliance with the aforesaid requirement is desired.
