1.   This is a reiteration of a previous instruction to school officials to reject at once the delivery of any unit of classroom furniture such as desks, armchairs, teachers’ tables and chairs, cabinets, etc. which are found defective and/or not in accordance with the detailed specifications as approved by this Department.

2.   Concerned officials shall be held personally responsible for any defective or sub-standard unit of the aforementioned items which will be found in their warehouses and/or school buildings.

3.   For strict compliance.
