1. Paragraph No. 3 of DECS Order No. 89, s. 1991 is amended to read as follows:
In the meantime, all regional offices shall stop processing papers requesting for the establishment of schools/opening of annexes/extension classes: conversion, integration, separation, and renaming of secondary schools.
