1. Inclosed are amendments on the revised minimum standards for the Bachelor of Agricultural Technology (B.A.T) THE Technical Panel for Agricultural Education (TPAE). There amendments were formulated as a result of a workshop on the Detailing of D.A.T.-B.A.T. Couse Syllabi and Identification of Resource Books and Materials held on May 2-6, 1989 and the National D.A.T.-B.A.T. Dialogue held on October 11, 1990.
2. As recommended by the Technical Panel for Agricultural Education, the guidelines embodies in DECS Order No. 65 s. 1988 for the B.A.T. are hereby being amended as contained in the attached inclosures.
3. All educational institutions offering such program are enjoined to take the necessary steps in adopting the said amendments.
4. It is desired that the inclosed amendments be given the widest publicity possible.
